Shipping policy

3D printing files will be available for download immediately after purchase.

For wireless conversions, there will typically be a 1-2 week lead time once the order is received or if you decide to send in mice after they have arrived. Once the mouse is complete, the shipping label will be generated and will be shipped off in around 1-2 days. Lead times may change depending on the number of orders or incoming material shipping delays. 

For Cerakote commissions, there will typically be a 1 week lead time after the mice provided/purchased on our ends have arrived. Likewise, the mouse will be shipped off around 1-2 days after completion.

For other physical products, they will typically be shipped in 1-2 business days after the order is received.

After the shipment has left, it is no longer our responsibility. Please check with the relevant courier regarding issues.
